Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This refund policy applies to paid plans for the AITDK SEO extension.
1.Refund window
You can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase if you have not used the product or have spent 5% or less of the credits included in your plan.
2.How to request
Email the support address in the footer with the account or payment email used for the purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
3.What happens after a refund
Your plan access is cancelled and any remaining credits are removed. Credits already granted are never clawed back for active plans.
4.Failed lookups
If a paid lookup fails to return results, it is not charged. Failed lookups are refunded automatically.
